Children's Department

Carla is a member of Parkway Baptist Church. She and her family joined the church in July of 2021. She began Ministry work at the church in 2024. She worked at Lebonheur Children’s Hospital for 9 years until she become a preschool teacher full time. After leaving healthcare she followed God’s calling to continue working with children. She is a 3K teacher at a local preschool and is now also the Children's Director at Parkway.

She and her husband, Benjamin, have been married since 2015 and have two amazing kids, Jack and Mollie.

Church and prayer are a vital part of life. When you have a church family you always have prayer warriors on your side.
