This year's registration will only be offered online. With COVID restrictions and precautions still in place, this has limited our number of volunteers, which means we will have limited space allowed. Registration will open in March. Registration will be based on a first come first serve basis, and once our maximum allowance has been reached, additional registrations will be added to a waiting list.
We will no longer be serving a full meal nightly. We will offer a Lunchable and water bottle each evening. This is to minimize hands on contact with the food and serving methods.
If your child has any allergies, you may send a light snack for your child nightly. (no items that required food prep or heating up)
All of our volunteers will be required to wear a facemask, and we will remind the children to wear theirs as well. You child will have his/her own bag to drop their mask in nightly, to await the next night's usage. This will help keep up with their mask, and lessen the burden on parents having to remember to bring one.
The classes will be sanitized in between each rotation. In addition, hand sanitizer, antibacterial hand soap, and cleaning supplies will be available in each room/area the children will be present in.
It is our prayer that restrictions and limitations will be lightened by the time June rolls around. But we must be prepared in case they are not. We ask that you pray for this Vacation Bible School, and that we will see God work in mighty ways to make it our best one yet! We thank you for for your patience, understanding, and cooperation!
